Play To Our Strength’s And Do The Easy Thing.

We just don’t, do we?

Years ago, someone in football said “You have to master the short game, before you master the long game”. The simple pass. The 10 yard pass the like of which we see constantly from Lampard and co. Yet we struggle to do it.

And playing to our strengths? What strengths do we have? For me it’s N’Zogbia, the main danger, and his pace and trickery. But we need more than that. Rodallega? He’s a threat as well. I still don’t think our midfield is good enough. Maybe Watson deserves a chance?

The goals we concede. Poor, poor, goals. When was the last time we conceded a really class goal, or made an opponent work really hard to beat us. We are our own worst enemy, and unless this changes, we’ll go down.
