Tried to claim he had been elbowed against us rolling around holding his face and then on Sunday clearly times his dive to perfection in the box against Liverpool ! I dont condone cheating in football and sometimes wonder whether it is something that is encouraged at certain clubs ? Torres got away with murder as well kicking the penalty spot like he did albeit out of pure frustration for Valencia’s cheating ! Two wrongs do not make a right ! Anyhow I dont recall Valencia ” Trying it on ” when he played for us or have I developed selective vision !!
Do you not think it was a foul?
If he hadn’t gone down do you still think united would have got a penalty?
Definitely a foul.
He went down easily and chose his moment to actually fall, but still a foul. Ref could/should have given a free kick outside the box.
