What a gobbin.
Charles N’Zogbia, the Wigan Athletic midfield player, was arrested and released on bail yesterday amid allegations that he had tried to persuade a friend to sit his driving test on his behalf.
The former Newcastle United player was arrested at Sale Driving Test Centre, Greater Manchester, yesterday morning, when he had been due to take the practical part of his driving test.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: “At about 8.30am on Wednesday, April 21, police working alongside the Driving Standards Agency arrested a 23-year-old man at Sale Driving Test Centre on suspicion of fraud by false representation. The man has been bailed until June 3 pending further inquiries.

22 April 2010 at 4:45 pm #30400Reminds me whe i used to be in charge of admissions at a university. There were some dross applying. That aside, if someone didn’t have a maths qualification we used to make them do a test.
There was a flaw. The test was posted to them to complete and return. On one occasion some ‘retard’ returned a test and got 100%. It was clearly not his handwriting. “Did you have any help with this?” I asked
“yes, my daughter helped quite a bit”
“does she want to come to university because I’m sorry, but we cant offer you a place”Im sure loads of people sit tests for other people but you just wouldnt if you had an instantly recognisable name would you?
