        Not at all.

Out of 25 at least 8 must have been registered with an English or Welsh club for 3 years before their 21st birthday – no matter what their nationality.

Without looking too deeply at when they signed for whom, I can think off the top of my head of Kirkland, Bramble, Koumas, Cywka, Pollitt, Watson, Scotland, Moses, Sinclair, Boyce, Kupisz, McManaman who could probably qualify in our current squad. You only need to make sure there’s a few youngsters in the squad and unless you’re Arsenal there’s nothing to worry about.

Even Arsenal are ok as most of their foreign players are kids and been there years.

It’s another pointless Premier League ruling.

Not that we didn’t know this already, but it was pointed out on the radio earlier today funding for clubs youth systems doesn’t go towards coaching, it’s to sign up the best young players from around the world.
