One of the adverts that flashes up sometimes at the top of this page is for a dating service called Black Scene, can you imagine someone starting one called White Scene ? Or the White Police Officers Association ?

All the adds are done by google, and as far as I can tell, they go off teh written content of teh page.
So if the word football is picked up, not often on here granted ;) you’ll get the ESPN, Virgin, Sky etc ads.
The black scene one and dating ones in general do baffle me though as thy are quite random…
Try posting different random things and see what come up, it can be quite funny sometimes, especially when ads are plentyful with google.

i have the ad blocker add on using firefox and its great as i do not see any annoying adverts flashing away trying to grab my attention anymore ;)
