        I thought it was about some cadets from The Citadel military college in Charleston South Carolina ? Could be wrong though but thats what I was led to believe back in the day ! I preferred the B side anyway !!

          I’m pretty sure the OP is correct, isn’t there a film about the Quality Street Gang or about to be released?

          Although I could be wrong on both counts and TBF I usually am.
