I don’t think anybody is going to buy the DVD and want to re-live the 9-1 and 8-0 batterings, do you? Those games are best kept locked up in the deeper recesses of my mind, only to be brought up when asked if I remember them, to which I will simply reply: “yes”.

Reminds me of the highlights of the 1999/2000 season that did the same & wound up with Latics beating Gillingham 2-0 in the play-off final & finished with a freeze frame shot of Dave Whelan, arms aloft, at Wembley
