Guess I’m a plastic Manc if anything because I don’t jump ships when another teams doing well.
But to be honest, i grew up purely watching football till I was about 13/14, because that’s how our media brings us up(keeping an eye on the rugby though). Now all I watch is rugby and I’m annoyed with myself that I do support Utd because I’ve been watching them quite regular and even though they’re suppose to be one of the more entertaining teams to watch, my God it is boring. I have never seen a better game or atmosphere at Old Trafford than I did a fortnight ago.
I have wasted my first 13/14 years watching rubbish. People are brought up to watch football purely because the media tells us what we have to think. E.g. Is everybody suppose to hate Cheryl Cole now the media do? Also, if rugby league disbanded in the direction Union did, it would be a just as big if not bigger

no doubt in a week or two after the mods are fed up you’ll be wondering why you got banned. then again it’s off season so they might have a bit more patience
I’m chuffed he’s lasted that long normally banned after first post from the dictators on there ,meanwhile your men can have a free role on here
the reason for that is cherry&white is a lot bigger than cockney latic. we get bell ends from every club in SL tryin to wind us up or have a pop at us, and it’s just a pain for the moderators. have a look at the index page and notice how many moderators we have compared to the other clubs.
on top of this the C&W admin are under pressure from the site admin to keep the clutter down to reduce strain on the server and keep costs down.
this is why when one of your men turn up and start slaggin off anyone who will pay them attention, or pretends to support both and starts slaggin off anyone who doesn’t support their local team, the mods get a bit miffed and bin them

i don’t pay for the server and i don’t take time out of my personal life to moderate ever post that gets made, so i don’t get much say in how strict the moderation process is
bare in mind that the arguments that get started between rugby and football have been done to death over the years and you can surely understand why the mods can’t be arsed to read them
it’s not about impeding free speech. it’s about being fed up of reading the same crap arguments over and over
