To parapahrase an old Not The Nine O’Clock News joke, they sound like a subtle mix of early Oasis and more-recent Oasis.
The Roller is gash but parts of the album are great; I’d still pay money to see them because you never know what you’re gonna get with Liam, and it’s that attitude which makes him a proper rock star, the last of a dying breed.
Giving away CDs in the News Of The Screws is a bit desperate, though. His big brother would never have had that.

HA HA is that you speaking from your days on the NME Martin? Don’t make excuses for cliche ridden nonsense!
I’m not making excuses for it. It is what it is: the intermittently interesting sound of a slightly more punk Oasis.
