Like the British Media give two figs about Wigan Athletic, that we helped Tom Cleverley improve his game & him as a player, They’ve never accepted us in the Prem and they never will.
Well done Tom, he looks like he will go on to bigger and better things.
This must be a good advert for any aspiring player to come to Wigan. !
the thing is, the media will always hate us-so what?! we should turn it into a positive, a bit of a siege mentality kind of thing and continue to prove them all wrong! We all know who we are and where we came from so sod ’em all. Tom Cleverley will know what we did for him and so will Alex Feguson-and that’s what matters.
Looks like Tom’s not gonna make his debut for England. They are gonna be forced to postpone the game due to the riots in London. Harsh that i bet he was well chuffed he’d been called up!

Every article (all 3 of em!!!) I’ve read about Cleverley’s call up has mentioned that he “spent a successful year on loan with Wigan Athletic last season”

I’m not sure how much beyond that you feel they should mention[/quote]Well SSN at the time of announcing it had his career as a year on loan at Watford where he score x amount of goals in x amount of games, and an appearance in the Charity (sorry ‘Community’) Shield for Man Utd.
