Spurs physio says deal is off , couldnt find his bollox.As he now goes for nowt in the summer I wouldnt play him again.We are going down anyway so try someone else and see how many clubs want him when he isnt in the spotlight.Let the fooker rot.
In total agreement about letting him rot and train with the ‘development squad’. If he had the opportunity to leave to allow us to get money and he hasn’t, then he shouldn’t play for us again.
The thing with letting him rot in the development squad Danny is why should the development squad players who no doubt love to play in the first team have him with them ? They have dreams of the big time so why have someone with his attitude with them ? May aswell rename it the lepper squad.
I seem to remember when Chimbonda was playing up and everyone including the chairman said let him rot in the reserves. The same fans who then applauded him when he was on the bench at the start of the season

Regarding Hugo it could go the other way ,play out of his skin score a few and then he gets a bumper pay rise and we stop up goodpost

I get what you are saying but with the development squad we are probably talking players who will be released in the summer anyway. It’s not like we’ve any world-beaters knocking on the door. I’m just sick of the club showing a lack of backbone on issues like this. On one hand I’m thinking why cut off our nose to spite our face by not playing him but on the other I’m thinking bin him from the first team squad, he’s cost us a large amount of money that could’ve been used for re-invstment.
