Just a thought but looking at all remaining fixtures I believe Aston Villa are looking like a team that could get dragged into the relegation battle, coz they are deffo on a losing run.So my prediction is Wloves,Villa and QPR to go down.
3 April 2012 at 10:25 pm #84549Have said this myself. There’s always one team gets sucked in late on, and the way Villa are performing I’m sure they will be the ones this year.
Agree with QPR, Villa and Wolves to go down.

Wolves, QPR and Wigan to go down as far as this cat’s concerned. I really do hope that I am wrong though. I agree about Aston Villa having a shocking run of form at present, but, in my eyes, they only need one win to secure safety.

4 April 2012 at 2:25 am #84556We need to still be within 3 points after the Arsenal game. If we need to claw back more than that in the last 4 games then I fear we’ve gone.

Villa’s game in hand is against Bolton so anything can happen yet
5 April 2012 at 1:18 pm #84578This time last season Birmingham had 1pt more than Villa have now with same amount of games played. We all know what happened to them don’t we !! McLeish is the key !! ;)

Its always going to be twitchy bum time though when you are hiring second choice as your manager :side:
5 April 2012 at 5:06 pm #84589i think Villa are safe
i don’t think that the “safe” teams will get as many points as they needed to last season. With already having 33 points I think Villa only need to pick up 2 or at a push 3 more points & I think that they’ve more than got that in themBrum suffered from a “season over” syndrome after winning a trophy & taking their eye off the ball. i don;t think Villa are in anywhere near the same boat
