2 May 2012 at 11:22 pm #86445Me & HORC for starters !Nowt to brag about, we moan when opposition fans get tickets in our end. :P
I can never understand why fans, particularly season ticket holders, fail to get tickets knowing the importance of the game. The same happened last year at Stoke. Get down as soon as they go on sale and get them snug and safe in your back jax.
I take it you won’t be showing much emotions as the game develops. :woohoo:

We tried to get tickets in the away end online on Sunday but the site was down, and couldn’t get to Wigan on Monday morning before they were sold out.
We don’t make a habit of going in the home end, Old Trafford and St Andrews being the others, but we thought we would give it a try what with having PR post codes.
As for showing emotion, yes they may have to be toned down a little bit, but by the end, if all is well, my emotions and colours will well and truly be shown.
Sorry if it offends anyone, but it had to be done. Hopefully there will be a few more of us.

What a journey!4 May 2012 at 2:31 am #865332 more with me due to popular demand.
Blackburn have the option to give more tickets, they needed a point against United last season and gave them 7000 so why when they need points do they not give us the top and half the bottom?
Before someone says they have season tickets in that end, Man United do in the away end they give teams for the cup games and as at United they have opt in for cup games they just move the season ticket holder to another part of the ground so this could be done at Blackburn.
They could have given us more tickets and didn’t.

You’re sounding a little like Alan Pardew there..!! I think Blackburn are well in their right to give us what ever they like.
It’ll be a bouncing atmosphere regardless.
4 May 2012 at 2:58 am #86536I can’t see there being too many of us in the home seats but we should all have Latics colours on show at the end when we can hopefully go to celebrate near to where the Latics fans are.

I think some of you need to think about:
A. Advertising on an internet forum that there will be Wigan fans in the home end.
B. What you would do if there were opposition fans next to you celebrating a win that has just relegated your beloved team.

Blackburn have a 2 games for £15 offer on to get their ground full. Why should they fill it with us when they can fill it with their own lot? This could work both ways for them, especially if they turn on Keane, but it’s entirely understandable that they’d want to fill the ground with their own fans.

That’s why I’ve turned one down in the Rovers end.
