3 November 2012 at 9:17 pm #96209Absolute complete performance that and a pin up for Robertos style of play!
The way we went out to attack from the start and defend from the front was brilliant and then to sit back and soak up the pressure in that manner was immense.
I dont think they would of scored if they played til tomorrow.
Could hear the tics fans singing at the end well done to everyone who made the trip it is worth it sometimes :cheer:
Kone was top notch!!!!
In terms of Moses out Kone in I think we lost a bit of pace but what we have gained is a player who can hold the ball up to lay off a pass, get into good scoring positions and he is not scared to take a player on either i.e. the complete forward!
Amazing value if he can play like today consistently over the rest of the season!!
Ali was at the top of his game!
Caldwell was onto everything that came near the center outside of the box.
And apart from one stray pass from Watson nobody can deny he did exactly what was needed today.
Capital one cup my arse, I would take that over a Bradford win any day.

We are more than capable squad wise of winning both those games ! Whichever way you look at it, it was still a bad result the other night against a side in the bottom tier that played its second string !
3 November 2012 at 9:57 pm #96216we’ve had a great win today, can we all please forget about tuesday, we cant do anything about it, its gone.
