Now I’m not slating Bobby or the players (it’s taken me a while but I believe that we have the right man at the helm of our club) but the buck stops with a team’s manager. If Latics were in the top 6 he would quite rightly be getting lauded so I’m a bit baffled as to why he shouldn’t be given responsibility for the team being in the bottom 312 December 2012 at 1:23 pm #97939bottom three bob
well it is nearly christmass goodpostBet you’ve been creaming yourself waiting to post that eh Bicky?
What about the suffix – 6 points clear of 19th, on GD with 2 other teams and one win off 14th?
With fans like you who needs opposition fans?

13 December 2012 at 12:18 am #97964this was the season where we were going to see some improvement and finish comfortably half way up the table, yes i know we still could but here we are christmas looming in the bottom three and a difficult period comming up. every week its a tale of what could have been, missed chanses, defencive errors, goalkeeping errors, the players have to take responsability for this, once the manager has picked his best available eleven he can onlystand and watch like the rest of us. i think bob is a good manager but the players arn’t technicaly good enough to do what he wants them to. looking at it i thought this season was the best chance we’ve had for a while in finishing around half way and i’am not being billy big bollocks here, but once again we seem to be making hard work of it. looking at the other fixture though the teams around us also have a hard christmas period so its up to us to get our act together.
13 December 2012 at 3:34 am #97972Whilst we’ve looked a much better side than last season on the whole, we are still making the same mistakes. Failing to take our chances and making total cock ups at the back.
We should have won that game easily on Saturday from the balance of play yet we miss a hatful at one end and gift them two at the other with piss poor marking and too much fannying about. We just need to be that little bit smarter and we’ll be fine.

Couldn’t agree more with that, Eggy.
