Being camped out in France for most of the last few weeks (I hear it is a good thing really) I thought that I’d better try to let you know about a few things that are going on at the moment – normal service will be resumed from the start of the season Wigan Athletic’s new season is nearly on us and once again Cockney Latic will be around to keep you up to date with Match previews, Match reports and of course more Wigan Athletic Stats than you can shake a stick at.
Reports and Previews will be done on a match by match basis, but the stats archive is already on site, with past results (season by season and also by team), Attendance history, FA and Association Cup Histories, Manager Histories plus all the Club information you will ever need.
To make things more interesting we are running a free ‘Prediction League’ where prizes will be given for the top three places as well as some monthly prize winners for key months throughout the season. Thanks to Workit Recruitment of Wigan.

Wigan Athletic Supporters Club have started sending out membership cards and badges for those that have already applied and renewed their memberships online. Badges are being sent to the first 200 WASTC members of the 2010-2011 season, so be quick if you want guarantee yourself one.
