The festive schedule has changed a tad due to some games being televised and this will mean Wigan Athletic’s games against Arsenal, Newcastle United and Bolton will be moved.
Due to television schedules over December and January, Latics have had a couple of changes to their fixtures:
Wigan Athletic v Arsenal was to be played on Tuesday the 28th December, but due to their game with Chelsea being televised on the 27th, we will now play on Wednesday 29th December with a 7.45pm kick off.
Wigan Athletic v Newcastle United was to be kicking off on News Years day, but will now be played on Sunday 2nd January 2011 with a 4pm kick off, this will be live on SKY Sports.
Because of this fixture change it has a knock on effect with Wigan’s game at the Reebok Stadium, so the game against Bolton will now be played on Wednesday 5th January at 8.00pm instead of the 4th.
