In a few short weeks Mr Whelan has been investigated charged and punished.
Who the fook is investigating Malky then Inspector Gadget.?
Hoe long are they gonna keep the guy guessing?.
Flaming useless F A.
31 December 2014 at 7:34 pm #137584“We are satisfied on the evidence before us that Mr Whelan is not a racist. We are equally satisfied on the evidence before us that Mr Whelan did not intend to cause any offence by his comments.”
So why is he given this penalty when Balotelli got 1 match and £25K?
31 December 2014 at 8:45 pm #137585A 6 week ban from all footballing activity, presumably that includes watching it. I’d appeal about the leniency if I was him
31 December 2014 at 10:47 pm #137586The FA have been very careful to state that DW was not found guilty of being a racist. Probably a wise move because I reckon if they had he would have sued their shiny white arses.
He should pay the fine ( probably equivalent to a parking fine to the likes of us ) , enjoy 6 weeks in the Barbados sun but then tell them to shove their left wing PC education propaganda where the sun doesn’t shine.
31 December 2014 at 11:15 pm #137587I used to be a management trainer – yes, all this sort of claptrap even I didn’t believe in.
Trust me – having someone like Dave Whelan in a course would have been a nightmare!!!!
1 January 2015 at 2:21 am #137590“The FA Disciplinary Commission said it was “satisfied” Whelan “is not a racist” and did not intend to cause offence by his comments.”
Why have they charged him then?

1 January 2015 at 2:55 pm #137599And it appears his letter of resignation as chairman has been put in the War Chest.

I’m sure he said that he would resign if they found him guilty of being a racist. The wording of the FA Charge is that he is not a racist, but is guilty of saying things of an offensive nature. Racist will not be on DW’s CV.
Spent New Years Eve in Knott End and three of us went for a walk down the Wyre this morning. Bumped into a chap walking his dogs and he asked was we “pie munchers”, probably because of our accents. He turned out to be a Blackpool fan and said that how the FA has treated Whelan was an absolute disgrace. He said that every person he had spoke to had said the same thing.
It’s nice to know that not every fekker is wanting to hang big Dave out to dry.
He went on to say that he worked with some Indians and as he called them, “some Pakis” as well. They did not feel that calling them Pakis was an insult to their religion. He said those two ethnic minorities are racist towards each other all the time, but its laughed off as friendly banter. If I was Whelan I would have certainly appealed that charge, based on what Balotelli got, but I suppose the wording of the charge, has left him in a better frame of mind and in a position whereby he could accept it.
From Matlock to ManU

There seems to be a lot of people who think the same about the FA JR. FA jumped on this too quickly to satisfy the media & PC brigade.

The big question here has to be ‘What the fuck where you doing in Knott End?’ My Dad used to live there and there is fuck all there! Only time I go there now is to tidy his grave up now and again!
