Sorry if you view it as pedantic but he asked about WAFC, not WASC.

Some clubs do have a club AGM. Nowhere was there mention of the Supporters Club.

I just thought that stating that WAFC are not a PLC was being a little pedantic when lots of organisations and the like hold AGM’s. Private companies do hold AGM’s as well ! At the end of the day my comment was very much tongue in cheek and has obviously not come across as that to you ! Oh the ambiguity eh ! ;)
