The phrase knife through butter springs to mind.
We won’t be last team to come unstuck at the emirates but some of the passing at times and the ease we let players stroll past.The time in the first half where they got a free kick near there own penalty area, by the time our two players stopped arguing over whose fault it was the ball was past the half way line and another chance Arsenal should’ve converted.
Yeah, but Bobby was standing there, arms folded, brown shoes. Not sure some of our fans where watching the game to notice on pitch events.
You see that’s the difference between the light and dark side supporters on here. I watched the game and the only thoughts in my mind at full time were:-
1) What a superb game our Ali had
and
2)Doesn’t Fanco Di Santo have nice teeth and hair.

Difference being, back then we really were crap, had has-beens and never-will-be’s, and yet they gave their all, had a go, and we scored goals.
As opposed to now, when we have some half decent players, who are playing rubbish (the system) and we don’t score.
However by all accounts, things are coming to a head, with him supposedly of ‘lost the dressing room’. We’ll see.
Credit to ali al-habsi though if it was kirkland we would be 6-0 at least.
