Latic’s 4 – 0 win away at Barnsley , equals the clubs best ever start to a new season , since August 31st 1935 , when they won 4-0 at Winsford United in the Cheshire County League . Athletic were just four years old and would go on to win the League ( hope that’s a good omen ) !
