Landzaat scored against Reading away in a 2-1 or 3-2 defeat as well didn’t he?
Personally I thought he was $h!t. Had less bottle in a tackle than Gary Teale & didn’t offer much else neither. How he ever got so many caps for the Netherlands I’ll never know
I said the other day that I watched Ajax V Feyenoord on ESPN last weekend. Landzaat was the best player on the field by a mile. His touch, vision, and workload were great. Captain of Feyenoord.

I’ve been to that stadium. Surprisingly, only holds 52,000, but it’s a great stadium. Museum, tour, and cafe are well reccomended.Denny’s goal is on 3 mins 50 secs-ish. Take note of Pantelic. Had a bit of an off day, but still looked decent. Latics could have had him for free from Hertha BSC in the summer.

Skoko was vastly underrated. Did a better job than Kavanagh ever did thats for sure.What!?!?! Skoko was awful, not creative, not a goalscoring midfielder, not a holding midfielder. Just stood in the midfield and did little else.

Regarding the first parts of the thread this midfield is nowhere near even close to our best… Last seasons was best… With Valencia, Cattermole and Palacious. If you could add N’zogbia to that it would be our all time best midfield!
