We need all the fire power we can get.
Why keep Boselli then..?
Garbage.
Get rid and get someone else in who can actually do a job.
And I really hope nobody’s gonna reply with the old “he hasn’t been given a real chance yet” rubbish.
When is it ever as simple as getting rid of one striker and suddenly pulling in some fantastic goalscorer out of thin air?
I think Boselli has had more than enough chances to prove himself although in the half season he played when he came here and then some of the chances he has been given this season the service has been sh*t to non existent.
Salford, boselli in my opinion hasnt been give a proper chance at all,he his shouldering a lot of the blame for the dross that is around him. When he 1st came he made 8 league apparances and some of them where as subs.
Now then compare the apparances of boselli from him coming to the present day with that of the apperances of Dik santo and the goals he has scored…………..how much of a chance has he had and hes no better
goodpost goodpost goodpost You watch, we’ll let him go and he’ll start banging them for his new team. We have not played to his strengths

Problem is he never got the service just like the other strikers we have don’t.

It seems he has to go to clear the wage bill in order to get somebody else in.

I highly, highly doubt it.Like I’ve said previously.. I’ve seen a lot of Boselli, and he just has absolutely NOTHING about him in my book.
Look at his goal scoring record, the only league he’s ever done anything in is the Argie leagues… where the standard is considerably lower than the Prem, Serie A, Liga BBVA.
We’ve tried him out and he’s looked bad. He didn’t do much at Malaga’s B team earlier in his career and he made little impact in Italy.
Looks like his optimum level is in his native country, where he can score goals.
Just because he’s banged a few in there, it definitely doesn’t mean he can do it here.Look at Marcelo Moreno – great striker in Brazil. As soon as he tries his luck in the big European leagues… useless.
Glad to see the back of Boselli if I’m being brutally honest. Hope they take up the option to sign him permanently.
Can do without his wages on the overall bill.28 January 2013 at 7:57 pm #101490RIP Boselli all the best at your new club.
