Do you think most east stand will return to the south stand or will you be staying put
20 March 2012 at 6:42 pm #83603id love to return to the south as it had a great atmosphere rather than rattle round the immense east stand.
Put the kids in the North and the rest of us in the south with the aways in the east if the crowds dip down.
Wonder what the season tickets will cost in the championship?20 March 2012 at 7:44 pm #83606Cant imagine they will come down in price as they are so cheep. But DW will have to make an effort to get bums on seats no matter which league we are in.
20 March 2012 at 8:06 pm #83607Won’t come down as there’s more games in the Championship

Not that I am assuming we will be in the Championship next season, but if so, please let it be a return to unreserved seating. I personally feel that this is the key to a better atmosphere as the people that want to stand and cheer can be together and the miserable bas, I mean other people can all sit and moan elsewhere.

I pay good money to sit in my usual seat refusing to sing and sucking on Murray Mints.

Well I’m sure they wouldn’t expect you to sit on his nelly, there’ll be plenty spare seats ;)
20 March 2012 at 11:15 pm #83628If we go down and that’s a big if, then I’d stop in the east I like to feel the sun warming me up, always seemed a little cool at times in the south. Think I’m getting soft in my old age.

Why should we give up the East stand if relagated it will be to much hassle when we come straight back up
21 March 2012 at 1:16 pm #83694The North Stand holds 5,500 – more than adequate for most away followings. So why give them the bigger East Stand which will look atrocious on TV if we are playing someone who only bring a few hundred.
If you remember we only gave visitors the East Stand in the first place because it was the last stand to be finished.

Ive always stated we should have done what other clubs have done in the past and give the East Stand to the big followers Utd L,pool etc and we have it for the clubs who only need the smaller North stand. All it would entail is that you had 2 seat numbers on your ST your North stand seat number and your East seat number. This would have swelled attendances for the big games albeit by away fans but would also stop them coming in our end anyway coz they cant a get a seat in the away end.
