Worryers & phil clarke’s excuses for the play off crowd – ADVANCED ODDS.
8/15 – Tickets overpriced (£19 & £5 u16’s)
Evens – It’s a meaningless game & it’s on sky
11/10 – Saving my money for grand final @ a football stadium
3/1 – It’s dave whelan & latic’s fault
7/2 – Not giving my money to the RFLselected others:
12/1 – Maureen’s chippy had a 2 for 1 offer on fish
25/1 – Free chip butties in swinley club when souper league is on
50/1 – I was taking a stunner out for a sophisticated evening
150/1 – I was depressed @ Rugby Union’s new TV deal which dwarfs souper leagues.Money back special just for “lord of the pie’s”:
If it’s over 10k, i shall TRIPLE your stake in return, up to £25.
Being a rugby L town, your team should find this easily achievable :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Expect something along the lines of “His grandad used to live in platt wazz tha ‘knows”.
Looks like i have priced the market very well. My “odds on” choice of excuse, above, is the main topic of concern over on the 2 worryers sites that they have.
£45 on saturday and an under 5’s is the same price as an adult in the south stand for their play off (if booked on the phone)…… new excuses please lodgers, thank you.

10/11 – it’s too cold and windy – (straight in as a second favorite).

top of the leaggue versus 4th???????????????????? A TOP 4 FIXTURE AND IT WAS “APPARENTLY” ONE SIDED AND NO ONE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
15 September 2012 at 1:11 pm #93132The other 8500 that have attended in the average of over 16000 this season probably didnt turn up because it was a meaningless game.
If you look at cherry and white, there are endless posts on there saying what a crap system these playoffs are – how they reward mediocrity and create meaningless games.
Last nights game gave the winners a week off before they play a more “important” game – hardly the stuff to get 16000 out of their armchairs and down to the ground. Frankly I’m surprised that over 7000 bothered!
Unfortunately, the blinkered view of the RFL is that these play-offs work – the top sides probably dont want them in as much detail, but as the majority can only aspire to finish 6th, then the top 5 will always be outvoted.
Now Sir Dave – explain the logic in why so many are boycotting a trip to old trafford at £45 a ticket, when it only costs £5 to get there, yet will go to London, when the ticket is £20, but travel is £50.

£7.60 from Wallgate actually

Because the objection is to Man United and their owners bleeding the life out of football by their pricing policies.

at last he’s surfaced, been quiet all week chubby, wonder why???????????
don’t even think about coming up with excuses for the embarrassment on fri night. your sport is dying on it’s arris, it’s there for all to see.
i was at o/t yesterday and it looked pretty full to me fella/wench. i think there was more queing at the burger van outside than was @ DW on fri night.seeing as you lot like to talk about crowds, tell my WHY, when top of your top flight, you pulled in 13k countless times this season????????????????????? how strange for a rugger town!!!!!!!!!!!
or the free 5k tickets in the north stand for bradford or the free admission for under 16 season ticket holders for ALL away matches???????
your village game will be semi pro in 20 years, no money, no interest,no point really. joke sport, joke, fickle fans, cringe worthy ice hockey team names (wakefield winternips etc), pathetic crowds all across your league, no sponsor, hardly any countries play or have heard of your pointless game, hence why you have to rely on local village idiots playing it (which you brag about)?????, turn a blind eye to steroid abuse as it makes your “sport” more thuggishly “entertaining”
light years behind rugby union (proper rugby), no future, no prospects,no integrity left, old fashioned racist fans, pathetic existence of a sport really,
19k for your next play off please, good afternoon chubby
