Well done lads in bouncing back after the capitulation against Sheffield.
Best first half for a long time and second half we could have had a ponfull too.
Perkins M.O.T.M today but a great performance from Max.
Liking Vucick but needs to up his fitness but a stylish player.
Onwards and upwards now. Hope Will Grigg is fit again soon.

Dorothy and Paddy were great today.

Hardest hit goal at that end since Steven Reid for Blackburn in 2005 I reckon.

A cold, snowy afternoon but no renditions of YAMS….

I don’t know about you but I thought , here we go again !!. Next weeks gotta be the banker both teams to score or Wigan win both teams to score. Both Wigan Crewe score and concede for fun

At three Bart down Chesterfield had to be a little more cavalier in their play just like Sheffield. I prefer us taking a three nil lead then slowing it down rather than the slow stuff and going behind like against Gillingham. Also when we had slowed it down a little yesterday we had umpteen opportunities to add to our tally. Yesterday’s first half was as good or better than any this season and to expect to see that for 90 minutes is asking a lot.

Three fantastic goals and another three points in the bag .
Thought Chesterfield gave it a go second half but the effort levels were much better than Tuesday night so we weathered the storm.
Much more to come from this team I think
