The figure you state will eclipse the attendance for the the opening day last year. Thats improvement isn’t it?

All we need now is a 0-4 drubbing and the media will completely ignore the attendance like last year.
Aslong as ES2 is rocking and we put in a decent performance im really not arsed what happens.

Agree totally Zogs left peg, as long as the fans who turn up make some noise and get behind the team I couldnt care less! I had a phase were attendances bothered me but that has passed. Really interested to hear why some fans don’t go? After last seasons escapse and the football we started to play I find it strange how more people have not snapped up season tickets.
For people in Wigan who claim to be a fan of football and do not watch their local team irritates me though.Have you got a ST with Stu?

Yeah mate well were going in abit i finish work at 4 so going straight there. Couldnt get 1 last year because we both worked saturdays. Tryna get ES2 ES3 seats, boring anywere else.

Because the 11,000 refers to home tickets only, so which part of ‘altogether’ don’t you understand?Just spoke to the ticket office – not primarily about this, incidentally – and they say that over 16000 have been sold altogether, plus whatever walk-up sales there are tomorrow.

Who cares what the attendance will be, & if people like singing or not. As long as we put in a good performance & the die hard fans are there 2 watch the team, im happy.
When uve been to games such as Colchester, Norwich etc away on wet, cold winter Tuesdays nights, i couldnt care if there was only a 100 on!
Whatever the attendance i couldn’t give a S***E what any critic has to say. Look how far weve come! :lol:
Had a quick look on the e-ticket thing on the website is showing that there is about 6k home tickets left when you add them dont know how accurate it is tho?

Did you go last season???? for 3 quarters of it we were gash and then we stopped up thanks in no small part to Charlie. Then we sell Charlie and sign Al Habsi and a free transfer from Wolves. Then you wonder why people don’t go!!!!!!
