Neither Oxford nor Donny have anything to play for.
For me Roberts had a poor game today unusually.
Agree. His touch was very much off. I also agree with others comments about our crosses and set pieces. Shocking.
In my halcyon days as a midfielder who took corners and set pieces, I always tried to get the ball in the area in between the penalty spot and the six yard box. Our balls today were straight into the six yard box and were easy for the keeper. Our corners need to be whipped in with a bit more of an inswinging ‘zip’ as well. They only need the slightest flick off a head, of either side, and it’s a goal.
Dunkley had a fifty pence head today as well, I thought. We were very nervy for an hour. I’d have liked to have seen Devante come on instead of Walker. Powell, Massey and Devante wouldve been my subs.
