Due to the nature of the quality of driving in England the Department of
Transport has now devised a new scheme in order to identify poor drivers
and give good drivers the opportunity to recognise them whilst driving. For this reason as from the middle of May 2010 those drivers who are
found to be driving badly which includes:-overtaking in dangerous places
-hovering within one inch of the car in front
-stopping sharply
-speeding in residential areas
-pulling out without indication
-performing U turns inappropriately in busy high streets
-undertaking on motorways
-driving in the middle lane on motorways
-taking up more than one lane in multi lane roadsThese drivers will be issued with flags, white with a red cross,
signifying their inability to drive properly. These flags must be
clipped to a door of the car and be visible to all other drivers and
pedestrians. Those drivers who have shown particularly poor driving
skills will have to display a flag on each side of the car to indicate
their greater lack of skill and general lower intelligence mindset to
the general public. Please circulate this to as many other motorists as you can so that
drivers and pedestrians will be aware of the meaning of these flags.Department of Transport

You look retarded in the process. I’ve yet to meet somebody I’d like to spend time talking to that has those in their car/van, although there’s still time.
Sadly there’s stigma that just cannot be shaken off. First it was hooliganism, and now there’s the whole religious/racial aspect. It’s also insanely tacky.
4 June 2010 at 4:12 am #35645I don’t think Zoggy understood at all.
I just find it annoying when people fly them out their cars!
4 June 2010 at 12:26 pm #35651Has someone been doing a bit of editing on this thread? That’s not what I originally posted, nor was that Zog’s response….

There is £160ish, I will give the exact figure after the cut off next Wednesday. I haven’t been in to see how much Paypal have robbed in commission and it cost a few quid to get permissions to use the fixtures and software.
Of the original ones that said they were having a go, there is still these to pay up (if they were serious):
N’Zogbia’s left peg
Griff
Posh Tic
Northern Primate
wafcdavid
electicblue
super don page
James CApologies if any have paid and used different names on the League.
So it could be well over £200 by the opening game.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
