What a journey!Turned it off on the 60th minute after witnessing that atrocious attempt at cheating in the oppositon’s box by Ashley Young. Well swept under the carpet by the commentary team.
He never actually went down of his own accord, before he was anywhere near the ground he was snapped down for a blatant penalty. Cant make up my mind if it was a silly attempt by Young but he was helped along the way.
If he had kept running as normal he would have been brought down, but he started to go before the contact, so he got booked. I guess it pays to get hit, rather than the ref noticing the intent.

But he didnt finish the dive, ive no doubt that he would have but he only went about 20 degrees and was then hacked to the ground. Nearly cheating doesn’t apply if you don’t actually do it. He was still kicked to the floor. Still a penalty
