Hi guys, pretty new here, cant wait for the game tomorrow night, more nervous than excited im afraid, this result is gonna make or break our season
Have to disagree alex. The premier league is about 8 or so teams in the top half and sod the rest. Unless you have an influence in the F.A and a big stadium full every game of course.
But yes, Excited to the point of nervous.
Excited as I do not think this is a make or break game, as I honestly cannot see any of the teams below getting 4 more points. I am still desperate to win for complete safety, but actually think 31 pts will be enough.

Been saying all season that there are at least three worse teams than us and three of them are the three below us. We’ve beaten Burnley at home and now we have the opportunity to beat the other two. Beat one of them and we should be safe but frankly we should be beating both.
That said, I am taking nowt for granted and this being Latics, they’ll make hard work of it, I’m sure.

I don’t actually see Pompey as one of the 3 worst teams, not on paper anyway.
I for one would love the chance to get a few of their players on our team.Been saying all season that there are at least three worse teams than us and three of them are the three below us. I know yeah but only a stretch due to the point deduction. I think if all the stuff surrounding them, administration etc, hadn’t have happened, affecting the club and players etc, I think they would have had a good chance of surviving. Wouldn’t you have some of their players here without a second thought?
