Should have been 3 pts. Blackpool dreadful and then gifted another soft goal. How many more identikit goals like that are we going to concede ?.I seem to be posting the same game after game……Saydee needs binning simple as. Gives us nothing….Taylor got zero support from him, cant jump,same backing in to his marker then hitting the deck,no pace and not a hope in hell of him netting.. Taylor is easily a league above any of our forwards. Surely Caldwell cant put Saydee ahead of Betoni or even Costelloe???Raphael another….had a good spell 10 mins before the break assisting for the goal but overall he’s a disappointment. In fact it’s Taylor again who deserves credit for his work leading up to the goal and so unlucky not to score. Why is Matt Smith bench warming ? Our most creative player.If playing in a more advanced role would suit Taylors movement which was excellent today.Our away performances this season in the large have been poor and today imo was one that got away. When you still toiling around the bottom 6 then picking up 3pts against a relegation rival is so important. Today we got off to a stinker and Caldwell needs to start a more offensive line up rather that doesn’t include Raphael and Saydee.
Yes we need to bin Frank Lampard’s love child ! When we brought Joe Hungbo on in the second half we actually got about 4 good crosses into the area; our first dangerous cross being in the 67th minute. Good to see Robinson back on the pitch; he needs to start on that left side on Tuesday night.
I reckon that Raphael has it written in his loan contract that if he’s fit he plays so we are stuck with him for at least half a game until the end of the season.
Word has it….Betoni has refused to sign a new contract on advice from his agent maybe that’s why he’s being left out.
Two points dropped yesterday, far too cautious in the first half, we need to start with the strongest team available, start every game on the front foot.

Hungbo comes on and starts to go past tired legs exactly the same as Wildschut use to do so he’ll always impress but if you start him ?? Its a different story.
Like plenty others Matt Smiths hasn’t set the world on fire of late so Caldwells trying to find who’s best were.
Saydee?, have to agree, it’s like we’re playing with 10 men, he also looks huge like he’s found Greggs and Greenhalgh’s on the same day. He looks at least a stone overweight. I know he’s a big fella but he struggles to get around. Then there’s the backing into players and going to ground.
If he’s not scoring, not laying or setting up, not chasing tackling what is he doing ?
I mean it’s as clear as day which ever way you paint it, it’s a poor squad. There’s the odd one or two but Caldwell’s got a serious job on his hands in the summer.
Might be worth having a sniff at Jayden Wareham at his old club. He’s just coming to the right age 23 in May. He must have something if Chelsea gave him pop a few year ago when he was a kid.
But for me Caldwell plays similar to Lowe so I just cannot see things changing overnight and I personally think this will go to the wire a last day job.
The only one I’d sign right now would be Wright. There’s something about his style that’s good on the eye and he always puts a shift in, rarely does he have a bad one.
