Yeah it did and i thought it looked ok! Do you not?
Im not so sure, Ive seen enough of Rodders to know that he is not a premiership striker, The competition these days at clubs is great, But at latics it is easy, Rodders or Di Santo, i mean come on, records speak for themselves, They are not up to the job, balls to formations, if you can not score more than 2 goals a season as lead striker then something is dreadfully going wrong, think about it, you can bag a jammy one and a tap in at least a season, So why cant a wigan player score a goal. The Barcelona formation just does not work with inept, bog standard players. Diame is the biggest puzzler i think, the man obviously has talent but Martinez doesnt know how to use it. Much like Jewell, Hutchings and Bruce did not know how to use a player like Landzaat. The premiership just does not suit them. You have to rely on the likes of Nolan e.t.c nowadays, But is that a bad thing, bring on the championship, and its championship english players.
Oh and on the subject. I still stand by my claim that Hendry Thomas is one of the worst players i have ever seen.

Be interestin to see if “rodders” goes on to make it at a big prem club I honestly think he will, the best striker in the world wouldn’t top the scoring chart in the prem whilst at wigan!
That when Rodders “at last had someone upfront with him Sammon”!,we caused havoc in the City backline all be it for 8 mins and were unlucky not to score.
Why not bring him on at half time?
Why take Moses off when imo today was his best game since signing for the Tic’s?

Rodallega went off the boil weeks ago.
I think he’s already mentally away from the club. Counting down his days and going through the motions. I’d actually give ‘Sammo’ a start in front of him. Chances are we are probably going down, so better to start giving Sammo some game time.
I just hope we can get shut of Rodallega for a few million, try and get him sold for 8 or 10 million or something.
He is capable of scoring brilliant goals……but he is also capable of being garbage. He has the worst touch for a South American, that I have ever seen. He obviously didn’t grow up juggling coconuts to feed his family. If he had done, they’d have starved.
