I would like to see a new goalie (can’t think of any myself though) Canella
at left back if we can, may be we could do with a right back but I think we will be okay with Mario, were okay at centre back, okay in midfield, could definately do with another option upfront, I like Scotland but we can’t rely on him to score the goals should Hugo get crocked. I would say the signing of a good striker plus keeping hold of our best players is the most important thing this January. I would also like to see the back of Koumas, De Ridder,Krapo and I would have included King in that list but thank heavens for the British justice system.I too think we need to invest in a goalkeeper ,Pollitt proberbly in his last year ,Kingston not impressed with what i’ve seen

I saw in the Mail this morning that West Ham are looking to clear out in January and that they wil listen to offers around £12m for Matthew Upson, for starters.
If that is the ball-park we are going to be in, expect Whelan to keep his hand firmly in his pocket.

makes sense to me.We definatly need a striker or 2. Obviously Raul Tamudo. He got an impressive record and he is a loyal player captain of espanyol for almost 10 years. I also think we should sign someone called Andre-Pierre Gignac. The only trouble with this guy is he would be pricey. Although he is class we would have to pay high. We also need midfield cover without losing quality. I would say about 2 more. I also think sebastien larsson from Birmingham would be a good fit.
