At least he has apologised and it may humble him playing with lads who probably dont earn in 2 years what he gets in a week.He is getting old(for a footballer) and he needs to remember that his remaining 3 years may well be his last big contract.

Sending him to play for Nob End would be training for the community.
Seems like he is only there to plan to reduce his 12 game ban by a month,if he joins fleetwood, they would have played more games quicker, so his 12 game ban would effectively shorter there.
