He was a disgrace in the second half of his loan spell and looks like its continued
Leicester City have terminated the loan contract of midfielder Nick Powell and sent him back to Manchester United for his unacceptable attitude in training and poor timekeeping.
This is according to the Telegraph, who understand that Powell’s failure to impress at the King Power Stadium has left the Leicester City coaching staff “exasperated”.
Powell, 20, has reportedly infuriated coaches at Leicester – including manager Nigel Pearson – for his abject timekeeping and general attitude since joining the club on loan in September.
Apparently in talks with Bolton.
He is everything that is wrong with a certain type of young footballer today. Could have a great career but cannot be arsed to put the effort in. Already thinks he has made it big and lives on the fact he is currently at Utd. Silly lad is going to blow it if he isn’t careful and that will be a waste as we know even if it was only on a few occasions.
