Pot McKay now and put Caldwell in temporary charge till end of season.In the meantime come to an arrangement now with Mark Warburton at Brentford to take over once his tenure there finishes at the end of the season.I just wish things were as simple as that .
He could bring his star midfielder then the club could sell him. Then bring in a young right back from Newcastle and not play him regularly then the club could loan him out. Next he could get hold of a Spanish and French striker but never play them together and then the club could then loan these out and one would be good enough to get regular games in the Spanish Premier League. This may sound strange but does the manager here actually have a say in who signs?. If you take in what Donny is saying then look at the situation with Billy McKay now it seems like a pattern is forming. Players are brought in then the manager doesn’t fancy them and they don’t get given a chance. So who is calling the shots then?.

I seem to remember Roberto doing the same with a few players.
I don’t think we will be the only club that do it, it’s just that we know about it whereas we don’t follow all the goings on at other clubs.
