Says that he is looking to gain a contract extension at Latics and get himself into the number one jersey again.
Is he worth the risk now?
He has been on loan three times in the last 18 months and come home injured within a couple weeks each time. I can’t remember the last time he played for us due to his back complications, maybe it is time he thought of hanging the old boots up before he gets one too many injuries!
