It’s just been stated on SSN that Mario will more than likely miss the Blackburn game due to the broken nose he suffered .

After saturdays awful display from Titus, he wouldn’t even be in the team never mind captain!!
He kicked the ball into touch 3 times in the first 5 mins, so me and my mate started to count his misplaced passes. We got to 17 then got fed up.

What a journey!The last thing Titus needs is the extra burden of captaincy. Let him just concentrate on his own game & hopefully with Caldwell alongside him he will start to get back to his best.
If Mario is missing tomorrow then that’s the perfect excuse to give Caldwell the armband . He seems to be the type of player who will be bawling and shouting at players whether he has the armband or not , so for me he has to be captain , even when Mario returns.
