I think Mr Whelan might be having word with Martinez about that.
Most of what he said, I agree with.
However “Ferguson has his group of faithfuls, people who are committed to him: Steve Bruce, who was a player with him, Sam Allardyce, who thinks he will be his successor at Old Trafford, and others,” Martinez said.
If Sam Allardyce ever does actually succeed Ferguson at Old Trafford, I will personally go up to Purple Aki when he’s out, with my kecks round my ankles and a tube o’ lube, bend over, and say “Fill your boots, you dark destroyer, you!”
That, the Allardyce rumour, is one I haven’t heard, I have to say. In fact, I fancied our Bob to be in line for that job, when it comes up. But not after this. Perhaps Bob fancies Anfield? Or maybe, just maybe, he fancies staying here and building a ‘dynasty’ here instead?

What Bobby said is true. Everyone knows it.
I hope Sky don’t reduce the number of our games they show as punishment for having a go at one of their “big earners”………erm actually they would struggle to reduce them any further!
I hope Match of the Day don’t put our games on last every week and only show the bare minimum….erm oh yeah they already do.
I hope that the refs don’t favour all the big teams when we play them……..In fact come to think of it I can’t see Bobbys outburst having any affect whatsoever. :roll:

Fergie does get away with all sorts and not only in football. He’s the only person I know , who if stuck in motorway traffic can just drive down the hard shoulder because he needs a p*** !!!!
The only reason he tolerates Fat Sam & Bruce is because they pose no threat to him whatsoever. They’ll never manage a Premiership title or Champions League rival so they’re allowed into his gang. Anyone who challenges him at the top of the Prem is fair game. Watch Hughes start to cop for it if City end up there.
The way he uses Old Trafford injury time to his own advantage is disgusting but also at the same time quite brilliant.
He’s actually made being a c*** into an art form. :twisted:
