Got the corner for the first goal and scored a BELTTER… Why substitiute him AGAIN :( He had the beating of the full back or whatever they are called these days.
Martinez has been very careful in introducing McManaman to the first team. It may be something we shall be grateful for in the longer term.
I thought McManaman played a good team role, coming back to mark the full back as well as taking him on.
Wigan still attacked with Di Canio. They made chances and could easily have scored another goal. And Di Santo did have fresh legs to match Assou-Ekotto.
