bbc radio stoke are reporting that stoke have made a bid for n’zogbia – they want to take him on loan, with a view to a permanent deal in january.
31 August 2010 at 6:34 pm #44889Cheeky gets, I’d rather have my testicles squeezed in nutcrackers than live any where near Stoke!
31 August 2010 at 6:43 pm #44891Apparently N’zogbia is on his way down there and Tuncay is on his way up here. Watch this space
31 August 2010 at 6:45 pm #44892Always been a fan of Tuncay, excellent ball player. But with Stoke having Etherington on the left, will Zog play on the right again there should he go?
31 August 2010 at 6:57 pm #44893I don’t care where Stoke play him if they sign him
The move, coupled with us not seemingly being linked with any wingers whatsoever, leaves me slightly baffled as to how latics will play a system that includes 2 wide midfield men without any recognised wingers in their squad – Rodallega aint no left winger in the memory of man, Moses produced his best form for his previous club in the centre, from what I’ve heard from United fans they rate Cleverley very highly “as long as Fergie doesn’t ruin him by sticking him out on the wong like he did with Fletcher”
As big a plant pot as N’Zogbia seems to be he was the one player in the entire squad capable of stretching the opposition & getting behind their defence
31 August 2010 at 7:13 pm #44897Fair enough but good wingers are few and far between.

From Matlock to ManU

One good result does not a decent season make.
Aside from that, did I say that from time to time our squad (minus N’Zogbia) isn’t capable of getting results? It clearly is – its also capable of performing extremely badly & in those instances we (IMO) need to have various options open to the manager to enable him to try & turn that around. You don’t need me to explain when having someone with N’Zogbia’s abilities would be good to have on the pitch (either from that start or to be introduced from the bench) but if he had gone those plan B, C & D options that Bobby seems so reluctant to use
Besides which its all irrelevant as he hasn’t gone & I’m pretty certain that if he had gone there would have been a few more signings brought in (including someone to play his role)

2 September 2010 at 12:59 pm #45110They are both walking and should reach their respective destinations by January ! :)
2 September 2010 at 3:02 pm #45117Didn’t think loan deals could be done between Premier League clubs outside the transfer window.

Yeah lets! .. That’s why Ribery and Messi are no good aswell, because they can’t take throw-ins and win headers ;)

Yeah there Shyte mate cant do those hard technical abilities like throwing a ball and heading a ball. Obviously there no good aswell, Messi and Ribery should get a wage reduction because they cant head and throw maybe they should drop to the spanish and french 3rd leagues… Without those abilities there obviously no good..
