needs to act swiftly to arrest this situation.The table doesn’t lie.Poor signings ,poor team selections and seems to have completely run out of idea’s.I don’t like the knee jerk ousting of managers but I have nil confidence that he has the management nous to put things right.4 strikers and to me the more capable of the 4 can’t get a smell in ……According to quite a few on here, we have to give Rosler more time to change things around, its a transitional period we are going through, they say.
It’s a bit like that cash out betting milarky to me, the longer you wait the more nervy it gets and you could end up losing all. I admit to sitting in the Springy stand on Saturday pressing my cash out button. Nothing changed last night to make me change my mind. I like most, thought Rosler was going to do big things here at Wigan, but it just isn’t happening.
It may seem a daft thing to say but in my opinion,we have too many players. There needs to be a nucleus of about 9 or 10 players who are the backbone of the team and are given time to gel. He also needs to select his favoured formation and stick with that. Every game seems to be a suck it and see job and its gone on too long.
Was surprised and happy to see Figs back, but on reflection, he has just compounded the situation.
