Well not quite his replacement as Gabriel Obertan has missed 100% of his available games so far and over 10% of the games of his short term contract.
Now apparently he hasn’t played for a couple of weeks through his level of fitness. How come he has lost that level of fitness so quickly? and surely if he has been playing at top level he should be fit enough to contribute something to a struggling level 2 club. He must be in a real bad way if he could give anything less from a wide position than what as been served up in the last two matches. Hopefully we can trust in Joycey and this fella can contribute something really special in his remaining 90% of available games. Well that’s if he plays at The Cottage.9 February 2017 at 10:25 pm #155077If he is half fit he can’t be as ineffective as Michael Jacobs has beeen this season.
9 February 2017 at 11:59 pm #155079Or Yanic himself. He has been one of our best this season but he hasn’t broke any pots on a regular basis. That performance he had for Norwich against us as been seen quite a few times.
Surely Gabriel can track back and find a blue shirt.10 February 2017 at 12:38 am #155080Gotta be worth a bench spot to throw on with 30 to go.
10 February 2017 at 2:54 am #155082He hasn’t played in a competitive game since 1st December.
Before that he’d only made 6 starts & 2 sub appearances out of his club’s 17 league games. I’d say he’d be some way short of full match fitness10 February 2017 at 3:43 am #155083Correct, he wasn’t exactly first on the team sheet prior to his arrival here. If ha had been, he probably wouldn’t be here
Away a lot, but always watching

I hope we have enough games left for him to make a difference. Why couldn’t we have done the obvious and bring in someone who could play straightaway or even give our own Nathan Byrne a chance while waiting for Gabriel? We are supposed to be fighting relegation ffs!!!
10 February 2017 at 11:55 am #155085Just out of interest, was any other club interested in signing this ex United player?
Fuck the EFL
10 February 2017 at 12:33 pm #155086Dumb signing. Be lucky if we see him this year. Boggle scores and everyone thinks he the saviour. Out his depth. We bought to go down, and we will.

Just out of interest, was any other club interested in signing this ex United player?According to WJ he had offers from Crystal Palace and 2 ‘big’ french clubs, but he ‘decided’ to join us and really wants to help us.
My only question is why? Why would he want to do that for zero reason?.
I know it is nice for him to say that etc but why?
Also Bullitt… keep it real yeah.

Maybe he came here to earn some sort of wage while he gets fit enough to make himself available for a lucrative deal in the spring or he just likes Warren Joyce.
I wouldn’t mind seeing what a shit wage is for him either.10 February 2017 at 2:04 pm #155089Just out of interest, was any other club interested in signing this ex United player?
