          I thought Blackburn Rovers were under a transfer embargo due to breaching FFP rules

              Ha ha ha ! No seriously a mate of mine who is sort of in the know with a lot of Rovers stuff messaged me last night to ask if Perch was any good as the club are looking at him? He has been right about stuff before and so I thought I would ask if anyone had heard anything! Not sure if Perch is one of the players earmarked to stay or not but I for one would like him to stay! As for the transfer embargo, I thought that was just until the end of this season gone?
