You have to have a link to it (either it’s one you’ve found elsewhere or maybe you’ve posted on a photo-hosting site).
Then just put the address between the Img tags from the menu when you’re writing the message.

then c and p the image. you might have to re-size.
btw what type of FISH is this in the pic.
