Anyone ever wait after a game for the players to come out to get stuff signed? If so what how long is normally the wait and will they sign stuff? My son wants his kit signed, and instead of paying over the odds for one on ebay I thought it would be a good idea to wait around after the game like I used to do at Springy.

A load of the players go into the players lounge located next to the club shop (about 25 mins) after the game.
Get yourself in there or face a wait of around an hour.

My son wants his kit signed, and instead of paying over the odds for one on ebay I thought it would be a good idea to wait around after the game like I used to do at Springy.its usually about an hour after full time,my kids used to do it ,go for a drink or some food in frankie & benny’s or the red robin by the time you are done the players are coming out- away teams are usually getting on their coach in less time than this.
ps i forgot to add the latics players walk down to the players car park behind the south stand so are not behind barriers like away fans.

I’m in there every home game, I know my surroundings :geek:By far the best way to make sure yo get the signatures you want is to get the item to somebody who can get it in front of the players…. funnily enough, Sephton is one of those people.
If you want any help, email me and I will try to point you in the right direction. I you want to stand outside the players bar on the off chance they will be seen and sign, then go for it.
