No matter which way anyone paints it there is not one good thing about being relegated.
I can understand staying positve and embracing the next chapter of WAFC’s journey, but to say there are any plus points is just wrong.
I agree loudmouth winning the FA cup as fantastic and unbelievable as it was it painted over the cracks of a very bad season and shocking resultsGet over it. Can’t change it now so why mope.
Am genuinely pleased to not have to bother with MOTD and the £360ish I’ll save not subscribing to Sly Sports will be very welcome
Don’t sky sports do the Championship as well if they do cancel subscription and go to pub when we are on

Not having to even watch MOTD
Not having to pay for Sky Sports
Not having to hunt for positive articles in the paper
Not having to deal with Newcastle fans
Hopefully winning a few more games than normal
Old school awaydaysA lot more traveling involved for you and the rest of the London based Latics.
Brentford winning tomorrow will be a good one for you, but what about the Palace v Watford tie? Which result will be best for you? Palace to lose presumably.
Oh I dunno – 7-8 away games closeish (Millwall, Charlton, QPR, Reading, Bournemouth, Brighton, Palace/Watford, maybe Brentford) is about my season average, plus I’ll probably do Bolton away. Palace to win for me though – much closer than Watford.
We might also get lucky with some London cup games.
And I’ve already pencilled in all 3 Europa league away games!

Oh yeah forgot about that.
Bl00dy rubbish Wigan – making me stoke the FA’s bulging coffers for a 3rd time in 6 months!
That’ll be where my Sky Sports saving will be going then, as this time I’ll have to take the wife and kids…
19 May 2013 at 1:20 am #113862I think the prices might be more reasonable fingers crossed mind

Hopefully our Martin will be taking in guests that weekend so I can make a full day of it again.
