Good old journos at it again…
I was astounded that their ‘key’ reporter managed to get this scoop – check the photo.
I would have believed it had it been Peter Parker……
26 May 2012 at 3:11 am #88046I think DW is playing a blinder here – he’s forcing Liverpool into declaring whether or not they are interested in Bob. He is pulling the strings and making them dance.
Go for it Dave!

GL
if he pulls this one off then it would certainly surpass the:
“Good Bye Mr Bond” line from Goldfinger.
….unless it’s:
“Hasta la vista, baby.”
Whichever way he plays it, he is the puppet master at the moment.

26 May 2012 at 3:53 am #88065It actually isn’t about whether Bobby goes or stays. DW knows that’s Bobby’s call – but what he is doing is getting the thing played out at his pace. If Bobby is going to go then he wants to know sooner rather than later.
It’s all about being in control – and the one thing Liverpool’s owners are and have been showing in a lot of ways is that they are amateurs at that game compared to DW.

Indeed…
now let’s spread that same word to those who have doubted over the years.

Totally agree with the above posts he DW is playing a blinder in this escapade also is it true Bobby has a business degree ?
26 May 2012 at 11:48 am #88078But why give him a whole week? Why not increase the pressure by given him 72 hours?
This dance has gone on long enough – surely Bob must already have his mind made up one way or another?26 May 2012 at 1:58 pm #88081If DW hadn’t said the things he has this week I for one would have been calling him ! This business needs putting to bed so that we can prepare for the next stage. At the end of the day, why would RM want to stay at WAFC when he has the chance to move to LFC.Some people have said that LFC are not the big club they used to be but I beg to differ. If RM had been told that one day he would be the manager of LFC when he first stepped into Springfield Park all those years ago he would like anyone else have laughed at such a prediction ! I say take it RM and good luck to ya !

Yeah when they were actually a big club!!
26 May 2012 at 4:40 pm #88093DW is doing far more than just dictate the pace. Imagine you are John Henry. You hear what DW is saying and think why?, where is he getting that from? Is it this Spanish bloke who just popped over during his hols from DW’s home in Barbados? Can I really trust this guy if he is relaying everything to DW?
I love a good conspiracy theory!
