It is a good article – however
the main gripe is the negative sideways boring (insert your own words) style of play coupled with the lack of passion fight desire (again insert your own words) that we have to endure. Couple that with the managers strange selection policy tactics and use of subs
other than that everything is tickety boo
take away the manager,
play our strongest 11 , week in week out,
when players are playing well leave them in the team,
have a plan B,this doesnt involve heavy investment.

It also wouldn’t include Bob as for all the reasons you stated above he is useless.
i don’t beleive anybody could even attempt to say a derogatry word again after reading that article.
Add to that the longest run without a home win since we joined the football league in 1978 and one cant help but gripe about the style of football and the man who advocates it !
